Overview[]
The Dwarven Race was created by the mighty Mountain and Flame God Melagor, a divine being revered for his power. Known for their resilient and hardworking nature, male and female dwarves are equal in society. In dwarven society, there is no distinction between the sexes in the division of daily chores and work. Dwarves have a lifespan of about 150 years and it is important for them to spend this time productively.
Dwarves have a deep respect for warriors who fight face to face, and may despise those who attack from afar, such as archers, slingers and spellcasters.
Dwarves are master engineers, constantly trying to create new tools and devices to help their communities. In addition, miners dwarves have a great significance in society.
Dwarves are dedicated to their work, so much so that dwarven settlements are characterized by their industrious atmosphere. The sounds of blacksmiths and workshops fill the air, for dwarves are men of few words who prefer to focus on their tasks. After a few drinks, however, they become more sociable and expressive, often sharing their thoughts and feelings in this rare free time.
Dwarven society places a high value on hard work and dedication, with children beginning long and disciplined training in their labor at an early age and striving to contribute to society. Competition between dwarven clans is fierce, reflecting the high standards of honor and productivity upheld by dwarves.
